Quick Paying an Invoice

Quick Pay will save you steps and allow you to pay off an invoice quickly in one step. This is the fastest and most recommended way to pay an invoice when the following are true: you're paying the invoice in full using a single payment method and want the payment date applied as the current date.

How to Quick Pay

  1. Click on the Invoice (example, INV-3).
  2. Click on Quick Pay.
  3. Select Method of Payment, the method of payment includes: Cards on File (Square or Bambora), Square Processing System (Reader or Terminal), Account Credit (if the Patient has credit) and any of your set Payment Methods.
  4. The invoice is paid in full and converted to a receipt.
