Managing Noterro Scribes

Noterro Scribe is an advanced artificial intelligence feature designed to assist you by automating the documentation process. It will capture and transcribe practitioner or patient-practitioner interactions in real time, allowing the practitioner to enter patient data into a clinical record promptly and efficiently.

When using this feature, Noterro Scribe consumes Noterro Credits. Every clinic starts with 300 credits to familiarize itself with the feature.

Adding Noterro Credits

You can manually purchase credits on a need-basis or set an auto-load of credits, ensuring you have enough to complete your work.

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Noterro Subscription.
  4. Scroll down the Noterro Credits section.
  5. Click Add Credit to manually add credits, or click on Manage to auto-load credits.

Scribing from the Calendar

This will likely be your go-to workflow. You can move through the day quickly, creating notes and processing invoices.

  1. Click on the Appointment from the Calendar.
  2. Click Add Note, either duplicate a previous note or select a note template.
  3. Click Scribe.
  4. Click the Record icon and begin talking.
  5. Click Upload when you are done.

Important Note: The scribe will take a few minutes to process. Don't worry; you can add all your scribes to notes at the end of the day in a simple workflow.

Scribing from a Clinical Note

Whichever way you create notes in Noterro, and you can scribe directly from the note.

  1. Open a Draft Note.
  2. Click on the Scribe in the top left portion of the note.
  3. Click the Record icon and begin talking.
  4. Click Upload when you are done.

Important Note: The clinical note will list all your scribes. You can delete them from here. A checkmark indicates that a scribe has been added to the note.

Adding a Scribe from a Clinical Note

  1. Open a Draft Note.
  2. Click on a Scribe that has been processed.
  3. Each section can be Edited before being added to the note.
  4. Select the Add To destination of the note.
  5. Click Add to Note or Add & Finalize.

Adding Scribes from the Dashboard

This is the most efficient way of processing your scribes.

  1. Navigate to the Pending Scribes section.
  2. Click on the Individual Scribes, or click Review All.
  3. Each section can be Edited before being added to the note.
  4. Select the Add To destination of the note.
  5. Click Add to Note, or Add & Finalize, or Skip.

Important Note: You can click on the three-dot drop-down menu to review a scribe, navigate to the note, or delete the scribe. Also, Scribe only works with English Language.
