Download All Clinical Notes

There may be instances where you must download all of the clinical notes for a single Patient. Here are the steps to do this.

Downloading Clinical Notes

1. 1. Click on the Patient's name.
   2. Click on Clinical Notes in the sidebar.
   3. Click on the Printer Icon to the right of the Add Note button.
   4. Select the appropriate Filters.
   5. Click Print.
   6. When your printer preview screen opens, select Print to PDF (this will create a single digital file of all the notes on your computer).

Important Note: Only finalized notes can be downloaded. After downloading a clinical note, you can email the PDF to a third party if necessary.
